How do I place an order with NAR Tiffin?

You can place an order via our website, mobile app, or by calling our hotline directly. Simply browse the menu, add your items to the cart, choose delivery or pickup, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation message once it’s received.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 30–45 minutes depending on your location and order volume. During peak hours (lunch and dinner) it may take slightly longer. You’ll receive real-time updates on your order status.

Order by 12:00 PM for priority lunchtime delivery.

What is the minimum order amount for delivery?

The minimum order for delivery is GHS 30. Orders below this amount are available for pickup only. There’s no minimum for walk-in or takeout orders.

Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

Yes! You can schedule your delivery up to 3 days in advance. Just select your preferred date and time at checkout. This is great for family meals, events, or when you want to plan ahead.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After that, the kitchen starts preparing your food and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately via the app or hotline for any urgent changes
